I'm Gionni Gamble, a licensed Texas Realtor with three years of experience helping people buy, sell, and lease property throughout Houston and the surrounding areas. My focus is residential, but I also work with commercial clients when the right opportunity comes along.
Real estate is personal, for me and for my clients. I've guided sellers through pricing strategy, marketing, and negotiations across multiple transactions, and I've helped first-time buyers navigate a process that can feel overwhelming, always working to get the most value out of every deal. I also partner with a team of trusted lenders who offer rate buy-downs, credit repair, and even $0-down programs, so financing doesn't have to be the roadblock it sometimes feels like.
